Key Responsibilities
- Manage a book of clients with professionalism and accuracy
- Handle all aspects of account servicing including renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes
- Market new and renewal business to carriers effectively
- Serve as a point of contact for client questions, policy reviews, and claims support
- Ensure timely communication and proactive service for all assigned accounts
- Work closely with team members in a supportive, non-micromanaged environment
- Active P&C Insurance License
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management
- Pervious experience as an assistant account manager is strongly perferred
- Experience in renewals and new business commercial accounts
- Applied Epic management systems experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and independently

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
