- 5 years minimum experience
- Establishing new escrow accounts
- Manage funds
- Process documents for closings
- Complete settlement in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Act as a neutral liaison between parties, adheres to company policy, exercises independent judgment and possesses the knowledge and experience necessary to efficiently handle any situation which may arise during the escrow process.
- Software skills necessary to provide services identified above
- High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, strong problem solving & prioritization skills
