Key Responsibilities
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across multiple project sites
- Conduct regular jobsite inspections and safety audits
- Assist with site-specific safety plans and ensure ongoing compliance
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Maintain safety records, documentation, and reporting requirements
- Coordinate safety training and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Experience in commercial construction safety, preferably on healthcare, medical, or institutional projects
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build relationships with field personnel, subcontractors, and project leadership
- OSHA certifications preferred
