Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall financial performance
- Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Review plans, specifications, subcontracts, and change orders
- Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with clients and leadership
- Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues before they impact timelines
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
- Support project handoff and closeout processes
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors
- 4-10 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Experience managing ground-up and/or renovation commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of project management, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera, or MS Project
- Stable work history with reputable commercial contractors
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Salary Range:
