Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners
- Monitor field operations to ensure quality, safety, and productivity
- Identify and resolve issues quickly to maintain project momentum
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support team members and contribute to a high-performance project culture
- 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Proven track record with ground-up commercial, industrial, or wastewater projects
- Solid understanding of construction methods, project sequencing, and field coordination
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Proficient with construction management tools and software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred (but not required)
