✔️ 5 years of ground-up commercial construction estimating experience
✔️ Degree In Construction Management (preferred But Not Required)
✔️ Proven ability to manage estimates, cost negotiations, and margin projections
✔️ Strong multitasking skills-handle multiple estimates simultaneously
✔️ Excellent communication and collaboration with clients, architects, and design teams
