What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee and manage coatings projects from bid to completion
- Lead crews performing:
- Epoxy and resinous flooring systems
- Industrial painting and protective coatings
- Abrasive blasting / surface preparation
- Structural steel coatings
- Coordinate scheduling, manpower, and materials across multiple jobs
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high standard
- Work closely with estimating and operations teams to support project success
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and field teams
- Experience managing industrial or commercial coatings projects
- Strong background in:
- Epoxy flooring / specialty coatings
- Abrasive blasting and surface prep
- Industrial painting systems
- Ability to lead crews and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control in coatings environments
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Top-end compensation for the right person (up to $125K )
