CNC Press Brake Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate brake presses efficiently and safely.
• Program brake presses to meet production requirements.
• Write and adjust programs as needed for different parts and specifications.
• Lead by example on the shop floor and support team members.
• Ensure machines are properly set up and ready for production runs.
• Maintain high standards of quality and precision in all work.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of press brake operation experience.
• Experience setting up and programming brake presses.
• Strong leadership skills and a commitment to long-term employment.
• Familiarity with writing and adjusting programs for production needs.
• Ability to manage machine setup and select appropriate programs.
