Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate brake presses efficiently and safely.
- Program brake presses to meet production requirements.
- Write and adjust programs as needed for different parts and specifications.
- Lead by example on the shop floor and support team members.
- Ensure machines are properly set up and ready for production runs.
- Maintain high standards of quality and precision in all work.
- Minimum of 3 years of press brake operation experience.
- Experience setting up and programming brake presses.
- Strong leadership skills and a commitment to long-term employment.
- Familiarity with writing and adjusting programs for production needs.
- Ability to manage machine setup and select appropriate programs.
