We are partnered with a law firm in the area that is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic legal team. This position is ideal for an attorney with a strong civil litigation background, excellent research and writing skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities
- Defend clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements
- Advise clients on legal issues and guide them through all stages of the litigation process
- Appear at court hearings, depositions, mediations, and other proceedings as required
- Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the State Bar
- 3 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of state civil procedure and litigation strategies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Superior research and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
- Strong negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Client-focused approach to legal practice
