About The Role
This attorney will defend a broad range of civil litigation matters and is expected to have strong trial and arbitration experience. A flexible hybrid schedule is available.
Responsibilities
- Defend civil litigation claims from inception through resolution
- Handle cases through trials and arbitrations
- Manage complex litigation strategy, discovery, depositions, and motion practice
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and negotiations
- Work collaboratively with partners and other attorneys within the practice
- Maintain strong client communication and case reporting
Experience is preferred (but not required) in one or more of the following:
- Construction litigation
- Trucking & transportation
- Products liability
- Professional liability
- Motor vehicle negligence
- Premises liability
- Commercial litigation
- Arizona Bar license (required)
- 3 years of civil litigation defense experience
- Demonstrated experience taking cases through trial and/or arbitration
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment as the primary office
