Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Assist with litigation strategy and case management
- Participate in hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations
- Communicate with clients and support cases through all phases of litigation
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 1-5 years of litigation experience
- Experience in insurance defense, personal injury, construction defect, or employment law is a plus
- Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively
