Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload from initial investigation through trial or settlement.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct legal research and develop strategic case plans.
- Take and defend depositions; handle hearings, mediations, arbitrations.
- Negotiate favorable settlements and develop efficient resolution strategies.
- Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to build strong case strategies.
- Maintain consistent client communication and provide practical legal guidance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws and ethical standards.
- 1 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and prioritize effectively.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Client-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
- J.D. from an accredited law school preferred.
- Active California Bar license in good standing.
