Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee land development projects from design through construction
- Manage project budgets, schedules, client communications, and quality control
- Develop business opportunities and strengthen client relationships within the region
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering staff
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated project delivery
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in North Carolina or ability to obtain licensure
- 10 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development
- Proven project management experience with a successful track record
- Strong business development skills and client-facing experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
