Key Responsibilities
- Prepare site development plans, including grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater management designs.
- Assist with feasibility studies, due diligence research, and technical reports.
- Develop engineering calculations and construction drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and permitting agencies to keep projects moving forward.
- Support local and state permitting efforts and regulatory approvals.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute creative solutions to engineering challenges.
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout the design process.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil site design or land development.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience with residential, commercial, or industrial development projects.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
