This role oversees projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.

Background Requirements
- 5 years of experience managing heavy civil construction projects
- Proven experience with DOT-spec highway and bridge projects
- Experience with wet utilities (water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer)
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar)
- Ability to read and interpret civil plans and specifications
- Understanding of cost tracking, estimating, and job costing
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent field experience considered)
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Some travel
