We are seeking an experienced Business Tax Attorney to join our well-established practice in Cleveland.

About The Role

As a Business Tax Attorney, you will:

• Represent taxpayers before the IRS and other tax authorities in various tax controversy matters and collection issues.
• Counsel clientson tax risks due diligence for cororate reorganizations and acquisitions, offshore tax issues, etc.
• Prepare and file tax returns for corporate entites, non-profits and individuals.
• Build and maintain client relationships while expanding your professional network
  
  

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of business tax experience and is comfortable managing matters independently while working within a collaborative team environment.
