Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in business litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
- Take and defend depositions
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
- Manage cases independently while working collaboratively with team members
- Participate in mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in CA
- 3-10 years of business litigation experience
- Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
- Experience with depositions, hearings, and motion practice
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
