Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Litigation Attorney with 3-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong analytical abilities, excellent writing skills, and hands-on experience managing all phases of litigation. This attorney will play a key role in handling complex disputes and providing counsel to business clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in business litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
• Take and defend depositions
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
• Manage cases independently while working collaboratively with team members
• Participate in mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation
  
  

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in CA
• 3-10 years of business litigation experience
• Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills
• Experience with depositions, hearings, and motion practice
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
