Business Development Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of development projects from conception to completion
- Conduct feasibility studies and financial analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success
- Manage project budgets and schedules
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- 5-10 years of experience in development with a preconstruction background
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in financial analysis and budget management
