- SE license required
- 15 years of bridge/structural design and project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Experience delivering transportation projects for public agencies
- Strong knowledge of applicable bridge design standards
- Proficiency with bridge design, analysis, and drafting software
- Proven client leadership and staff development skills
