We're looking for a strategic, commercially minded Bid Manager who can take ownership of complex, high-value opportunities from strategy through submission.
This is more than a proposal-writing role. You'll be at the center of multi-million-dollar opportunities, working cross-functionally and communicating directly with senior leadership, including CEO and Director-level stakeholders.

What You'll Do
- Lead complex, multi-workstream bids and major commercial opportunities from start to finish
- Develop strategies designed to create competitive, winning proposals
- Partner with internal teams and senior leadership to align pricing, solutions, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage bid governance, risk, compliance, and internal approval processes
- Analyze the competitive marketplace and identify opportunities to strengthen proposals
- Apply strong commercial and P&L understanding to bid strategy and decision-making
- Communicate confidently with executive-level internal and external stakeholders
- Keep multiple high-priority opportunities moving while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-million-dollar bids or commercial opportunities
- Strong commercial acumen with understanding of P&L, pricing, and risk management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Comfortable presenting and communicating with CEO, Director, and senior-level decision makers
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and competing priorities
- Strong understanding of governance, processes, and bid management best practices
- Experience within food manufacturing, foodservice, CPG, private label, or a related industry is highly valued
