Key Responsibilities
- Represent creditors in bankruptcy matters, including complex Chapter 11 business reorganizations
- Assist senior attorneys with managing bankruptcy case files and strategy
- Conduct legal research and analysis on bankruptcy and restructuring issues
- Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions, schedules of assets and liabilities, financial disclosures, motions, and other court filings
- Support litigation strategy and court proceedings related to bankruptcy matters
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal legal teams
- 4 years of bankruptcy experience, with a focus on representing creditors
- Experience working on complex Chapter 11 reorganizations
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Active bar admission in Delaware required
