Eau Claire, WI Area (Hybrid / Local Territory)

A growing and locally established technology solutions provider is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Representative to support expansion under new ownership and drive new business development across the Eau Claire market.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, competitive sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and owning a territory with both existing accounts and untapped potential.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prospect and develop new business within your assigned territory
  • Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
  • Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings
  • Identify client needs and present tailored solutions
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts
  • Close new business and consistently achieve monthly sales targets
  • Track activity and opportunities to maintain visibility and accountability

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of sales or business experience (B2B preferred)
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
  • Comfortable with prospecting and cold outreach
  • Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
  • Strong work ethic with an honest, ethical approach to sales

Territory

  • Local travel within ~60 miles of Eau Claire, WI
  • Hybrid flexibility with field-based client interaction

Compensation & Growth

  • Base Salary: $40K-$55K (DOE)
  • Commission Bonus opportunities
  • Realistic 1st Year Earnings: $55K
  • PTO and paid holidays
  • Clear path to Sales Leader / Management
