- 5 years' experience with environmental law
- Assist industrial and commercial businesses and public entities with compliance and corrective measures relating to environmental matters. In particular, the environmental practice emphasizes environmental permitting, enforcement, compliance, remediation, and corrective action matters.
- Experience with extended producer responsibility, sustainability, supply chains, and climate risk reporting is preferred. Cap and trade experience is a plus. Extensive environmental litigation experience with an ability to manage cases will also be considered, along with additional experience with environmental or energy regulatory law.
