A well-established and highly respected California defense firm is seeking a Mid-to-Senior Level Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation team. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience with exposure to corporate defense matters. Experience in construction defect and/or personal injury defense is highly valued. This position has the option to be hybrid after the initial 3-month onboarding period.

What You'll Do
- Manage complex litigation matters from evaluation through resolution
- Develop case strategy, conduct depositions, attend mediations, and negotiate settlements
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and administrative proceedings
- Advise clients on legal risks, business matters, and dispute resolution strategies
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys in a fast-paced environment
- 5-10 years of litigation experience
- Background in insurance defense, construction defect, or personal injury defense is a plus
- Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently manage files and meet deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Active California Bar membership in good standing
- Competitive compensation package ranging from $130,000-$200,000 , depending on experience
