An established boutique commercial law firm with a highly collegial environment, is currently seeking a Associate Labor & Empolyment Attorney to join their team full-time.
This position is for an associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join the firm's Labor & Employment Law Practice Group.
The firm represents employers across the spectrum of employment-related matters, including advice and counsel, training, and litigation.
This partnership-track position offers the opportunity to work directly with a highly specialized team and build a sophisticated employment law practice, backed by the resources of a full-service firm.
Location:
This position is primarily in-person in a Dallas office, located downtown.

Skills And Requirements
- Employer side employment law experience is required.
- Candidates must be licensed in Texas, with preference for admission to the federal district courts in Texas.
- Strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and litigation experience will be appreciated.
- 3-6 years of experience practicing L&E law - in Texas preferably
- Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long-term
