Commercial Litigation Attorney
Location: Santa Rosa, CA (Onsite)
Compensation: $160,000 - $180,000 bonus (DOE)

The practice includes a mix of commercial, real estate, and employment litigation, offering hands-on experience across all phases of the litigation process.

Responsibilities
- Manage cases through all stages of litigation
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Handle law and motion practice
- Conduct written discovery and manage document review
- Take and defend depositions
- Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
- Assist with trial preparation and serve as second chair at trial
- Support appellate matters as needed
- Minimum of 4 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience in commercial, real estate, and/or employment litigation preferred
- Strong brief writing and analytical skills
- Deposition and discovery experience required
- Trial preparation experience; second chair trial experience strongly preferred
- Exposure to appeals is a plus
- Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills
- Broad, hands-on litigation experience across multiple practice areas
- Collaborative and well-respected team
