Key Responsibilities
- Manage cases independently from inception through resolution or trial
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators on complex cases
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel effectively and professionally
- Consumer claims
- Product liability
- Class actions
- Civil rights
- Employment law
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license in Missouri and Kansas (strongly preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
- Demonstrated ability to handle files independently
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Client-facing experience preferred
