We are seeking a skilled General Liability Associate Attorney to join our General Liability practice group. The ideal candidate will represent clients in complex civil litigation matters. This position offers an opportunity to work with a collaborative team of experienced attorneys handling a diverse docket of cases.

Key Responsibilities
- Discovery & Motion Practice: Draft pleadings, discovery requests, responses, and dispositive motions.
- Client & Carrier Communication: Counsel clients and insurance carriers on risk exposure, liability assessment, and ongoing case strategy.
- Legal Research: Conduct thorough research on case law and statutes relevant to personal injury and casualty defense
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in New York
- 2 years of experience, preferably in Personal Injury, General Liability, Catastrophic Injury, or Transportation
- Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to integrate into a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 (DOE)
