Requirements
- 3-6 years of litigation experience
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active California Bar membership in good standing
- Experience in general liability, products liability or construction defect is a
- Accelerated career growth with real advancement opportunities
- Flexible hybrid schedule (3 days onsite)
- Clear bonus structure ($ per hour over 150/month, paid quarterly)
- Additional discretionary and case-based bonuses
