Key Responsibilities
- Manage client cases independently, overseeing both transactional tasks and litigation processes from start to finish.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents, pleadings, contracts, and estate plans.
- Provide high-level analytical support, legal research, and strategic advice on client matters.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Collaborate with firm colleagues on complex cases while maintaining individual initiative.
- Active license to practice law in the state of Idaho (required).
- 2 years of legal experience in business/real estate transactions, construction law, civil litigation, probate, or estate planning.
- Exceptional legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to high ethical standards, professionalism, and outstanding client service.
