Assistant Project Manager - Developer/Builder
A well-established developer-builder is looking to add an experienced Assistant Project Manager to their team. This is a great opportunity for an APM looking to grow their construction career while gaining valuable exposure to the owner and development side of the industry.

Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with the planning and execution of large-scale construction projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and development teams
- Assist with project schedules, budgets, contracts, and documentation
- Review plans, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Track project progress and help resolve issues
- Participate in project meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders
- Gain exposure to the development and owner side of projects from planning through completion
- 2 years of commercial construction experience preferred
- Experience working on multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, high-rise, or other large-scale projects is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Proficiency with construction software such as Procore preferred
- Work directly with an established developer-builder
- Gain exposure to the owner/development side of construction
