Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and participating in construction projects, collaborating with project teams, providing technical guidance, and making sure projects are completed on-time, within budget and in accordance with safety regulations.

Essential Job Functions Of The Assistant Project Manager Include

• Manage and ensure the timely completion of all construction projects
• Collaborate with project teams from initial phases to completion
• Ensure all resources are identified and allocated according to specifications
• Monitor the progress of all projects, provide technical guidance to staff and contractors
• Analyze and address barriers to progress, and update project teams accordingly
• Develop and maintain project budgets, and review cost estimates
• Prepare progress reports and present progress updates to project teams
• Ensure safety regulations and industry standards are met on all projects
  
  

The ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience in the construction industry, a degree preferred. They should also have the ability to work efficiently and independently, excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
