This opportunity is ideal for a highly skilled provider with advanced aesthetic experience who is confident performing complex treatments and managing a full patient schedule in a performance-driven, high-end environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform neuromodulator treatments, including full-face and neck applications
- Administer biostimulators for face and body, including Radiesse
- Execute advanced dermal filler procedures, including tear trough, temple, facial balancing, and liquid facelift techniques
- Utilize cannula injection techniques for facial, neck, and body treatments
- Provide laser skin rejuvenation, RF microneedling, and other energy-based services
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop customized, long-term treatment plans
- Maintain accurate patient records while adhering to all safety and compliance standards
- Participate in ongoing education, training, and skill advancement initiatives
- 3 years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience
- Active and unrestricted NP or PA license
- Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques
- Strong consultation, communication, and patient relationship skills
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans
- Proven success with treatment plan conversion and service expansion
- Professional and active social media presence showcasing aesthetic work (e.g., Instagram)
- Existing client base, with the drive and ability to grow a loyal patient following
- High-end, collaborative, physician-led environment
- Established and growing patient base

Salary : $95,000 - $150,000
