Responsibilities:
Seeking an Activities Director with previous experience working in senior living and capable of planning & running the Activities Program.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an activities program which is reflective of the tenants' interest
- Communicate and coordinate activity programming with all departments
- Supervise the activities programming
- Develop and update policies and procedures related to activities program
- Responsible for meeting and applicable regulatory requirements
- Must order and maintain supplies needed for activities
- Must have a background working with geriatric population
- Must have knowledge of crafts and games; record keeping procedures and activity procedures
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must possess leadership/supervisory skills
- Minimum of a High School Diploma required
