GPA is currently seeking a 1st Shift Picker located in our McCook, IL Headquarters. Hours for this position are from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities:
This person will perform shipping, receiving, and other warehouse related functions including:
- Pick, process, and ship orders in an accurate and timely manner through the WYSIS scan gun and Starship system.
- Be cross trained in processing inbound inventory, put away, stock rotation, and cycle counting.
- Interact with GPA management, customer service, sales and other warehouse personnel and management in an efficient, accurate and professional manner while performing warehouse responsibilities.
- Exhibit positive leadership in a manner consistent with the GPA Mission, Core Values and Annual Corporate Objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED desired, some college or continuing education strongly preferred.
- 2-4 years previous warehouse, logistics experience.
- Previous forklift (sit-down and stand-up) along with reach experience.
- Ability to lift and handle cartons weighing in excess of 50 pounds consistently throughout the day.
- Excellent judgment & problem solving with the ability to build trust and collaborative relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Dependable, organized, and ready to contribute to our team.
