Job Description:
Smart-Trucking’s Best Company to Work For is looking for experienced CDL-A company drivers to run OTR. As the 3rd highest paying carrier in the US, solo company drivers can expect to earn between $80,000 - $96,000/year.
Compensation:
W2 Base rate - $0.67 - $0.73 CPM.

• • Accessorial pay (layover, extra stops, breakdown, on time delivery bonus, etc.) adds 5-7 CPM more
  
  
• Home time, on-time
• Earn up to an extra $7,400/year via the Elite Driver Program on top of all other pay
• ALL miles are paid, address-to-address
• Annual Increase of 1 CPM based on tenure guaranteed

Requirements:

• MUST have a valid Class A License.
• 6 months of recent commercial driving experience REQUIRED

General Description of Benefits: •W2 Base rate - $0.67 CPM. ELITE Bonus Performance Program adds up to 6 more CPM, total potential earnings: $0.73 CPM
