Role Description This part-time Executive Assistant role is an on-site position located in Norwalk, CT. The Executive Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leaders, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, answering inbound calls, preparing correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements. Responsibilities include creating and tracking expense reports, maintaining files and records, and ensuring timely follow-up on tasks and deadlines. The role involves serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening calls and emails, and preparing documents and presentations as needed. The Executive Assistant will also support general office operations and assist with special projects to help leadership stay organized and focused.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in creating, reviewing, and reconciling Expense Reports and handling related documentation.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional stakeholder interaction.
- Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills, such as organizing records, managing office tasks, and supporting daily operations.
- Proficiency with office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic document and spreadsheet management.
