Role Description
GP NURMENKARI INC is seeking a part-time Executive Assistant to work on-site at its Norwalk, CT location. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing expense reports. Responsibilities also include facilitating effective communication within and beyond the organization, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to manage calendars, meetings, and daily activities.
- Strong skills in creating and managing Expense Reports and maintaining detailed records.
- Experience in Executive Support, including handling high-priority tasks and communicating effectively with leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal Communication skills for correspondence and collaborative tasks.
