About the role
GP Motor Company is seeking a part-time Receptionist to support front desk operations and create a positive first impression for customers. This role is responsible for greeting customers, coordinating with the sales team, and maintaining an organized and professional front office environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and able to communicate confidently in a fast-paced dealership setting.
What you'll do
- Greet customers upon arrival and provide assistance or direction as needed
- Coordinate with the sales team to track appointments and walk-in traffic
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Complete general administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
- Monitor and restock basic office supplies
- Support overall front office organization and daily operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Work Environment
- Part-time position
- Scheduled between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM based on business needs and availability

Compensation
$14.00 per hour
