Receptionist

About the Role
GP Motor Company is one of Utah’s fastest-growing used car dealerships, and we’re looking for a part-time Receptionist to support our front desk operations. This role sets the tone for each customer’s experience, so we need someone who is professional, approachable, and confident in communicating with a wide range of customers. Previous experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Greet all customers warmly upon arrival and provide assistance or direction
- Coordinate with the sales team to track upcoming appointments and walk-ins
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area
- Complete general administrative tasks as assigned
- Monitor and restock basic office supplies
Schedule
Part-time hours scheduled between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Exact days and shifts will be determined during the hiring process based on business needs and candidate availability.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Customer service experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work on-site at our dealership location
