Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in high volume restaurants as a Line Cook
- Proficiency in preparing and cooking items efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for up to 8 to 10 hours
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented with high quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to food safety guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed
