Molding Tech 1 (Day Shift)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the safety of yourself and your team members
• Responsible to adhering to production schedule by being at your machine at the start of your shift to your assigned press(s)
• Able to successfully achieve daily production goal of rubber/phenolic goods
• Able to maintain low scrap rate
• Maintain workplace organization (5S standards)
• All other duties as assigned

 QUALIFITCATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Required

• Can read, write and speak English
• Able to work 6 days per week if needed
• Flexibility to work 12 hour shift and swing shifts
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds
• Able to perform simple math calculations
