IT Compliance Specialist

Grand Island. GP:50. IT Compliance Specialist. $25 - $29/hour.

The IT and CMMC Compliance Specialist, in conjunction with GP:50s IT Subcontractor and CMMC consultant, is responsible to discover and investigate what processes and procedures are required for GP:50 to become CMMC level 2 compliant. They will then ensure that these processes and procedures are properly written and documented in GP:50s documentation formats and systems. They, working in conjunction with the IT subcontractor and consultant, make recommendations to GP:50 of any changes in procedures, processes, software, or hardware that we currently have.

Key Responsibilities

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the IT subcontractor and consultant to assess GP:50s IT infrastructure.
• Develop and document policies to support GP:50s compliance with CMMC Level 2 requirements.
• Assist in the deployment of new applications and system updates.
• Maintain and update compliance documentation as needed.
• Support the implementation of cybersecurity requirements to enhance overall security posture.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology
• Understanding of the basics of IT/ CMMC
