Position Summary:
Under general supervision, the Industrial Assembly Technician will perform varied assembly of electronic and mechanical components and sub-assemblies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and/or solder PC Boards and other electrical or mechanical sub-assemblies
- Coat and pot signal conditioners
- Verify acceptability of product using simple test equipment
- Maintain accurate order costing and labor tracking using manufacturing software
Needed Skills
- Soldering experience required
- Ability to read and comprehend simple diagrams and work instructions
- Ability to complete tasks as directed on shop travelers
- Ability to understand basic operation of signal conditioners and ability to test
- Ability to verify acceptability of product using simple test equipment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
