Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
Expected Hours: ~32 per week
Schedule: Flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Work Location: In person

Job Description:
We’re seeking a dependable and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team! This role supports daily operations including printing, packing, shipping, customer service, and store cleanliness. You’ll also be trained on store closing procedures and equipment care to help maintain a professional and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with shipping, printing, and mailbox services
• Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions
• Pack items for shipment, print documents, and process returns
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Clean and maintain store equipment (copiers, printers, counters, etc.) and ensure the store is neat and organized
• Follow store closing procedures when scheduled
• Assist with inventory, supplies, and general store upkeep

Requirements:

• POS and retail experience (plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or with a team
• Open to learning new tools and procedures
• Prior UPS Store experience is preferred
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and professional store environment
