Duties
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials
- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to various locations on the job site
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and effectively
- Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers in their daily tasks
- Follow all safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for everyone on site
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area to promote efficiency and safety throughout the project
Qualifications
- 18 years old
- 1 year of prior construction/carpentry experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from supervisors
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment
Depending on experience, you can earn $18-$35/hour with potential availability for overtime
