Job position description:
Gowey Title has a full-time position available for a Closing Processor. The ideal candidate must be reliable, have a positive and outgoing attitude, maintain a professional appearance, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment that requires great attention to detail with a focus on customer service.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers and obtaining necessary information from the involved parties
- Process sale and refinance transactions
- Meeting with customers and facilitating the signings of documents
- Create ledgers and invoices, post payments, cut checks
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Accurately input, edit, and process orders and documents
- Run local errands
- Clean and stock public areas of the office
- Utilize public databases and industry software system
