- Proficiency in Network Administration and Information Technology
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with public safety systems such as CAD or communication systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required
