We’re seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead the development and execution of our HR strategy in support of business growth and employee engagement. This role will oversee all aspects of the HR function—including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, compliance, payroll, and HR systems—while fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
As a key advisor to senior leadership, the HR Director will play a pivotal role in shaping organizational success through people-centric strategies and best-in-class HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring HR contributes directly to company success.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs to attract and grow top talent. Oversee succession planning and career pathing initiatives.
- Employee Relations: Build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization. Resolve employee concerns, foster fairness, and drive engagement.
- Policy Development & Compliance: Maintain HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and keep the employee handbook current.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design and manage competitive pay and benefits programs aligned with company goals and budgets.
- Payroll Administration: Manage payroll processing, commissions, and reporting across HRIS (Rippling) and ERP (Business Central) systems in partnership with Accounting.
- Training & Development: Create and deliver learning initiatives that promote continuous growth and professional development.
- Performance Management: Oversee systems that support feedback, accountability, and high performance.
- HR Metrics & Reporting: Leverage HR analytics to assess program effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
- HR Systems & Technology: Implement and optimize HR systems and technologies to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience
- Proven experience developing and executing strategic HR initiatives
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
- SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification
