About the Opportunity
A growing senior living organization is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Director of Sales to support and elevate sales performance across a portfolio of Assisted Living and Memory Care communities throughout Illinois.
This leadership role is responsible for driving occupancy growth, developing high-performing sales teams, implementing strategic sales initiatives, and partnering closely with operational leaders to achieve market and community objectives. The ideal candidate is a dynamic coach, relationship builder, and sales strategist with a passion for serving seniors and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to community-based sales and marketing teams across multiple locations.
- Drive occupancy growth through strategic sales planning, execution, and performance management.
- Analyze sales metrics, market trends, and competitive data to identify opportunities and improve results.
- Partner with Executive Directors and operational leadership to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular community visits to assess performance, support team development, and ensure best practices are consistently executed.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of sales professionals.
- Support communities in managing lead generation, conversion strategies, referral development, and resident move-in processes.
- Foster relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, professional organizations, and community partners.
- Ensure CRM utilization, reporting accuracy, and adherence to company sales processes.
- Lead and participate in regional meetings, sales trainings, and strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience within senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related service industry.
- Multi-site sales management experience strongly prefered.
- Demonstrated success driving occupancy growth and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies to improve performance.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.
