Role: Entry-Level Java Developer
Location: Texas; NYC, NY; Columbus, Ohio

Job Description: Technical Skills:
  • 2-5 years of experience in Java development, with a focus on distributed systems and architecture.
  • Proficiency in Java 17 or later, including Java concurrency, lambda expressions, and functional programming.
  • Experience with Spring Framework (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring Cloud), and related technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with major database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).

Soft Skills:
  1. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  2. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  3. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide junior developers.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
