What are we looking for?
GPA is currently seeking an Investment Analyst to join our team and support our rapid growth. You will be responsible for supporting our Senior Client Advisors and will manage all aspects of the client and prospective client processes while working closely with our Institutional clients. This role will specialize in leading our Request for Proposal efforts while also being a client facing role. We are seeking candidates who have experience writing Request for Proposal responses or other professional writing experience within the financial services industry and are driven to grow their careers. You will be responsible for delivering a first-class experience for our clients by providing solutions – client support, presentations, operational execution, and more. Key Functions and Responsibilities
·Help GPA deliver first-class service by facilitating client requests, creating presentations, coordinating operational procedures, and more.
·Oversee GPA’s Request for Proposal efforts by managing RFP timelines, updating existing and drafting new language for responses, ensuring RFP requirements are met, and collaborating with senior employees to ensure each RFP submission exceeds requirements.
·Coordinate, prepare for, and participate in client meetings. Prepare post-meeting reports, manage follow up tasks, and support the follow through in a timely manner to strengthen client relationships
·Be a Salesforce power user! Own the documentation of client relationships in Salesforce by submitting, overseeing and managing events, interaction notes, client tasks and cases,
·Support the creation of marketing materials, perform market research and analysis, and help find new and creative ways to educate clients
·Collaborate with various internal parties to deliver industry leading reporting to clients on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Identify and execute opportunities to automate and streamline our reporting processes
·Lead client onboarding by gathering historical account information from new clients, organizing and analyzing data to support portfolio strategy recommendations, and preparing and coordinating the completion of required documents
·Evaluate internal communication and process workflows, identify and articulate opportunities for improvement, and proactively recommend solutions to improve our efficiency and ability to scale the business
Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, English, Professional/Technical Writing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
·1-10 years work experience working for an investment manager, custodian bank, or institutional client
·Possesses a positive, solution-oriented attitude. Sees problems as opportunities to find solutions and improve processes to deliver for clients.
·Self-motivated, driven, and flexible to manage shifting priorities, with the ability to think and act strategically.
·Excels in a team environment. Great communicator who is comfortable providing regular updates to both peers and partners
·Demonstrates unwavering integrity and instills confidence in others. Acts to improve processes, take initiative and solve problems
·Strong writing skills and working knowledge of Salesforce, MS Office applications and other related technologies.
·Track record of establishing and meeting goals.

·Competitive total compensation ranging from $60,000 to $135,0000 annually (based on role and experience) comprised of salary and discretionary bonus (based on individual employee and firm performance)
